Grant Proposal

The DuBois Rotary Club invites your non-profit organization to submit a grant proposal for the program year. Your grant proposal should include a brief narrative describing the project and how it will benefit your organization and the community we serve. Please also include a copy of your 501(c)3 letter of determination, board list, staff list and a budget for the project.

Requests can be submitted by June 1 of each year to:
